Shipping Policy

At The Hemp Studio, we want your order to reach you safe and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about where we deliver, how much it costs, and how long it takes.

Our Shipping in Short

  • Free shipping on all orders within India.
  • Orders are processed in 2-5 working days and delivered in 2-9 working days after that.
  • You will receive an email with your courier and tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • We currently ship within India only.

Where We Deliver

  • We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
  • We do not ship website orders outside India at the moment. International orders cannot be placed on our website, please reach us at care@thehempstudio.in and we will share the international order process separately.
  • Our delivery partners service most areas in India. In the rare case your location is not serviceable, we will contact you separately to ship by the best alternative available.

Our Delivery Partners

  • We ship through trusted courier partners across India.
  • The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking details.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free for all domestic orders (India). There are no hidden charges, and the price you see at checkout is the final cost.
  • Since we ship within India only, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.
  • For any exchange fees, please read our Return & Refund Policy.

Processing & Delivery Time

We show these separately so you know exactly what to expect. All timeframes are in working days (Mon-Fri).

  • Orders will not be shipped on weekends and public holidays.
  • Subject to delivery location, there might be delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, lockdown, festivals, political disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier name and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
  • Use the tracking link in the email to check your order status at any time.
  • Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder, or write to us at care@thehempstudio.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 97683 80110 with your order number and we will share the details again.

Missing or Incomplete Orders

  • If your package arrives with an item missing or your order is incomplete, write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please send us your order number and photos of the package and the label. An unboxing video helps us sort it out faster.
  • We will check the issue and ship the missing item to you. If the item isn’t available, we will refund you in full for that item to your original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you may immediately reach us at care@thehempstudio.in with your order details.
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered in case the order hasn’t been processed (cut/shipped) yet.
  • Upon approval, the order will be cancelled and a 5% cancellation charge will be levied. The balance amount refund will be processed in 5-7 working days to your original mode of payment.
