Shipping

Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders (India).
  • Our delivery partners service most areas in India but in the rare case your location is not serviceable, we will contact you separately to ship by the best alternative available.
  • All orders will be processed within 2-5 working days (Mon-Fri) upon order confirmation.
  • Orders will not be shipped on weekends and public holidays.
  • It usually takes 2-9 working days for domestic orders to reach your doorstep.
  • Subject to delivery location there might be delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, lockdown, festivals, political disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel an order you may immediately reach us at care@thehempstudio.in with your order details.
  • We have a no cancellation policy but in case your order hasn’t been processed, your request will be considered.
  • Upon approval, the order will be cancelled and a 5% cancellation charge will be levied. The refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.

Exchange & Returns

  • At The Hemp Studio, we aspire to keep our customers happy with their orders. Each product we supply goes through a strict check to ensure fabric quality, accurate quantity as per your order, and unworn condition.

Fabrics

  • In the off chance that you have received a defective fabric, you can request an exchange within 48hours of receiving the product.
  • You may reach us at care@thehempstudio.in with your order number, images/videos of the defect in the fabric and a few comments from your end explaining the issue.
  • We will arrange a pickup for the defective fabric. Upon physical approval of the fabric defect, the fabric will be exchanged and a fresh piece of the same fabric will be on its way to you. Please ensure the fabric is unused and in its original packaging, in absence of which the product cannot be exchanged.
  • Returns are processed only in case the fabric ordered is no longer in stock. The order will be cancelled/returned and we will issue store credit voucher or initiate a refund to the original mode of payment as per your preference. Refunds are processed in 5-7 working days.

Garments

  • We offer a no frills exchange in garments up to 7 days post delivery.
  • The first exchange will be processed free of cost, but any subsequent exchanges will be charged INR 350 towards shipping fee.
  • Items purchased on Sale / Clearance / Pre-applied-Discounts / Bundle discounts are not eligible for exchanges. Using Discount Codes / Vouchers / Gift Cards doesn't void exchange eligibility.
  • To register the exchange request you can mail us at care@thehempstudio.in with your order id and request details. Once the request is accepted, your return pickup will be executed in 3-5 working days.
  • All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing. Failing which the same product will be returned back to you.
  • A fresh exchange product will be shipped to you on inspection of the returned garment.
  • You can opt to exchange your garment even with other garments/fabrics. Any balance amount with us will be shared as a gift card which you can use in any future orders. Excess amount will have to be cleared before the exchange product is shipped to you.
